When we decided to contract with Wel Designs, Bill completed an extensive analysis of our building plans and developed an all-encompassing plan for a strategic layout, site selection, and economic feasibility for our center. This diagnostic allowed us to get a snapshot of the process flow that would occur once the center was fully operationalized.
